Subscriptions are billed in advance through Base44 Payments. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Because access is digital and delivered immediately, paid subscription periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If a billing error occurs, contact us for a correction.
Template purchases deliver a digital product and license key immediately on payment. Given the digital, non-returnable nature of the product, all sales are final once the license and download access have been issued, except where required by law. If you experience a duplicate charge or a failed delivery, contact us with your order details and we will make it right.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. Because no charge is made during the trial, no refund is owed for trial usage.
Use the support channels in your account. Include the account email and, for templates, the order/checkout reference so we can locate your purchase quickly.
